FSRH Position Statement on Sexually Transmitted Infections, STIs (Feb 2017)
File size 12KB | Date: 20 March 2017
We believe that each individual should be informed about the risks of sexually transmitted infections. Every person should be able to access information, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections irrespective of age, gender, sexual behaviour or place of residence.
We want a UK where information and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) should be available and accessible for everyone, regardless of where they live. STI prevention and promotion of safer sex should be a core part of school-age education across the UK, as part of comprehensive sex and relationship education.
