Over the past month we’ve been working hard to improve how we support you, our members, to help answer your questions faster, smarter and in a way that suits you.  

Due to unplanned staffing absences and an unprecedented volume of emails in June, we took the difficult decision to temporarily close our phoneline to better focus on improving our email contact service.  
 
Today, we’re pleased to be able to share with you the launch of our new support portal; instead of just sending us an email, you can explore our bank of over 200 fully-searchable FAQs, raise a ticket directly with our new-look membership support team, and track the progress of your enquiry. 
 
We’re working to restore our phoneline as soon as possible and in parallel, we’re concentrating on improving all aspects of your member support experience.   
 
This is just the start of a wider-ranging programme of work to upgrade your ease of access to the FSRH, to give you a smoother member experience, and to ensure we’re more accessible to you.
