FSRH has relaunched our rolling members’ survey on the issues for sexual health services.
This survey will enable us to work on behalf of our members to monitor, understand and address service issues at a local level.
We welcome the views and experiences from FSRH members working in SRH, General Practices and other related services.
You can complete this form more than once, particularly as new issues emerge, and you do not need to fill in sections that are not relevant to you.
