The Clinical Effectiveness Unit (CEU) is committed to actively involving organisations and individuals as stakeholders in our guidance development process. In order to ensure that we effectively communicate with our stakeholders regarding opportunities to feed into the development process, the CEU would like to invite you on behalf of your organisation to be registered on our stakeholder list.

The Clinical Effectiveness Unit (CEU) of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) develops national clinical guidance intended for use by healthcare professionals, organisations and commissioners involved in providing contraception and/or sexual health services in the UK. The purpose of the clinical guideline is to provide a framework for best practice in the provision of contraception and sexual health services based on evidence and, where evidence is lacking or conflicting, consensus opinion of a multidisciplinary group of experts.


The CEU is committed to actively involving organisations and individuals as stakeholders in our guidance development process. Registered stakeholders will benefit from receiving email communications with:

  • 2-weeks advance notice of upcoming public consultation on FSRH Guidelines and
  • 2-weeks advance notice of FSRH Guidelines publication.
