FSRH's Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) is the UK’s largest scientific conference for those interested in sexual and reproductive healthcare. It takes place 16 - 17 May 2019 in Edinburgh.

Being selected to showcase your work through a poster or short oral presentation is a great opportunity to share your research, case reports or best practice case study with an audience of senior clinicians and academics.

What are the categories?
New for 2019 there are 3 categories:

  • Research
  • Quality improvement
  • Case report

Who can enter?
Doctors, academics, SAS doctors, trainees, nurses, midwives and other healthcare professionals and medical/nursing students.

What do I win?
There are prizes from £25 - £150 available. Winning an oral and poster competition can also be included in a portfolio if you have one.

How much does it cost?
It is free to submit your abstract. All those who are invited to display a poster or deliver an oral presentation must attend at least one day of the ASM (to be self-funded).

How do I enter?
The online abstract process is quick and easy to do via this online form. You will need to submit your abstract by 23.59 on Monday 25 February 2019.

CSRH trainees
CSRH trainees can attend our Annual Scientific Meeting for £90 each day, if your abstract is submitted and shown at the ASM.
