MFSRH/FFSRH members now able to self-declare their CPD when recertifying
Date: 10 Jan 2019
Type: FSRH Press Releases and Statements

We’ve made some improvements to our Membership recertification process for 2019.
What has changed?
Members who are recertifying their MFSRH/FFSRH qualification will now be able to self-declare that you have achieved the required CPD via an online form.
The aim is to make this more efficient, straightforward and easier for you to complete.
You are now not required to provide a record or evidence of the CPD, but you may be audited. We recommend that you collect and record evidence to support your CPD, either through an online CPD diary, or an excel spreadsheet/folder.
Attending our FSRH Annual Scientific Meeting, Current Choices or Joint FSRH/BASHH conferences over the five year recertification period is no longer compulsory to recertify your MFSRH or FFSRH - but we strongly encourage attendance as a way of gaining CPD.
Why recertify?
Recertification of your FSRH qualifications demonstrates that you have maintained knowledge, skills and standards during your appraisals.
You are expected to recertify your MFSRH/FFSRH every five years from certification. Find out how to recertify.
