Joint FSRH/RCOG Event on 3 March: ‘Abortion care: Our responsibility’

In Partnership with the RCOG, FSRH will be celebrating International Women’s Day 2017 (Friday 3rd March) with a day-long event dedicated to abortion care
Fifty years on from the 1967 Abortion Act, this joint event supports FSRH and RCOG’s commitment to ensuring women receive safe, high-quality, compassionate abortion care and represents an important opportunity to reflect on how far we have come and what we still have to do.
Join us on Friday 3rd March 2017 to discuss current issues in:
► Training
► Mental health and wellbeing
► Technical advances in abortion care
► Commissioning
► The RCOG’s abortion task force
Attendees will also have the chance to take part in a panel discussion looking at current clinical controversies in abortion care, as well as an interactive workshop exploring attitudes to abortion.
