The General Medical Council (GMC) is planning to survey SAS doctors about their workplace practices, opportunities for career development and the support they receive in the workplace.

The survey will open at the end of April, and Dr Nicky Morgan, our SAS Doctor Lead who sits on our FSRH Council, was involved in the scoping of this project.

We will share details of the survey link once available and encourage all our SAS doctors to take part and share your views.

The survey will include questions on training, workplace culture and workload. The results will be used to aid understanding and help identify the types of support needed for SAS and locally employed doctors (LEDs).
