For this year’s International Women’s Day, we are committed to delivering against our vision of advancing high quality reproductive healthcare across the life course by signing up to Wellbeing of Women’s Menopause Workplace Pledge. The Pledge aims to ensure the workplace is a supportive and understanding place for employees experiencing menopause symptoms.

International Women’s Day is an important opportunity in the year to take action for women’s rights and we are fully supportive of this year’s call for women to prioritise their health and wellbeing – as part of the aim to assist women to make informed decisions about their health.

We are supporting the ‘Here For Her Health’ campaign from global women’s health company Organon, which invites organisations to join in raising awareness of the inequity in women’s health and to adopt initiatives which help women to prioritise their health.

By signing up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge, we are committing to:

  • Recognising that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support.
  • Talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause.
  • Actively supporting and informing FSRH employees affected by the menopause.
