Today we launch our new FSRH Strategic Plan 2020-25. Our Strategic Plan was developed to bring solutions to the current challenges facing Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (SRH) and to help us fulfill our vision of high-quality SRH at every stage of people’s lives. It unveils the new values guiding FSRH.

Our new FSRH Strategic Plan 2020-25 has been co-produced by members, Trustees and staff over more than 12 months, and features five focus areas sustained by cross-organisational enablers such as digital transformation, good governance, financial sustainability and inclusivity.

Our Five Focus Areas

The Strategic Plan features five focus areas and is sustained by cross-organisational enablers, including digital transformation, good governance, financial sustainability and inclusivity, describing the organisation we want to be in five-years’ time.

Federico Moscogiuri, Interim CEO of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH), said:

“Our new Strategic Plan is a driver of transformational change across the organisation, helping to forge and shape a positive culture of continuous improvement throughout the next five years.

"The Strategic Plan unveils our new organisational values, which were produced collectively: We care. We collaborate. We enable. We include. We strive.
Each of these values genuinely reflects our ethos as an organisation and as a medical specialty. They describe the organisation we want - and need - to be.

"I have no doubt that, through this new Strategic Plan, we will become a stronger, more resilient organisation amplifying our voice and maximising our impact.”
