The FSRH Guideline Quick Starting Contraception is now open for public consultation. The CEU welcomes feedback on the draft of this guideline by 5pm 7th March 2017. Comments received after this date cannot be accepted.

This new guideline has been developed by the FSRH and brings together evidence and expert opinion on why, when and how to quick start contraception. The guideline was developed with a team of experts in the relevant fields and has been extensively peer reviewed in accordance with methodology used for developing FSRH Clinical Guidelines.

This guideline is intended for UK clinicians including sexual and reproductive health (SRH) clinicians, general practitioners (GP), nurses, and any other healthcare professional involved in advising and caring for women who present for contraception. Typical settings where this guidance would be relevant include general practice and sexual health clinics.

The consultation period for this FSRH Guideline has now closed. CEU will no longer be accepting feedback.
