Inclusivity is a cross-cutting enabler of our FSRH 2020 – 2025 strategy and one of our core values. As part of this, we have created a new, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) committee to drive forward our EDI activity, working on behalf of our Board of Trustees.

As part of this committee, you will help us to assess where impact is most needed, identify the problems or risks that need addressing, and ultimately support us to develop an EDI strategy and action plan. This plan will make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on priority work to focus on between 2022 and 2025 (the end of our current organisational strategy).
We are seeking three member representatives – a CSRH doctor, a GP and an SRH nurse – to join the committee, with our first meeting scheduled for 27 May. Meetings will take place four times a year and can be attended remotely.
This a fantastic opportunity to join a committee of great strategic importance to the work of the FSRH, and to make a positive impact to the SRH workforce.
