Members are invited to attend the AGM
Date: 20 Sep 2020
Type: FSRH News and Information

FSRH's AGM will take place virtually
The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the FSRH will be held at 16:15 on Thursday 15 October 2020. See the formal notice and agenda, which has also been emailed to members directly. The meeting is an opportunity for members to hear about what the FSRH has been doing for members over the past year, during 2019, our plans for the future and to vote on the agenda items.
This year you will have an opportunity to ask a question about FSRH’s work in 2019 and submit it to the President before the meeting. We will endeavour to answer all questions at the meeting. Questions can be submitted on the registration form for the event.
To book
This meeting will be held on-line via Zoom and you can register to attend on Eventbrite (a separate platform to the FSRH’s website) by 17:00 on Monday 12 October. We will send the Zoom link on Tuesday prior to the Thursday the AGM takes place.
Proxy voting
If you cannot attend the AGM you can nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf. This can be somebody who is attending who can vote on your behalf or you can enable the chairman (the President) to vote in your absence. Please complete this very short online form in order to nominate a proxy – this helps us to ensure we have enough votes at the AGM. You can nominate a proxy by 17:00 on Monday 12 October.
Annual accounts and review
You can view the FSRH Annual Report and Accounts for 2019. You can also see highlights of 2019 on our annual review webpage.
Please note that while all classes of membership are entitled to receive the AGM notice and to attend, only subscribing Fellows, Members, Diplomates and Associates are entitled to vote at the AGM.
We look forward to seeing members on 15 October.
