Would you like to use your skills and experience to drive standards of SRH care across the globe? We are looking for a new trainee member to join the FSRH International Committee.

The International Committee is part of the Membership portfolio and reports to the Membership Board of Council.

The International Committee (IC) is a committee of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH). The IC was set up by the Council of the Faculty in 2008 to promote the work of the Faculty internationally. It works specifically to develop online FSRH products, such as courses or training materials, for an international audience.

Who are we looking for?  

Trainee Representative

  • You are a current FSRH member (Diplomate, Member, Retired Member or Fellow)  
  • You are A CSRH Specialty Trainee in the UK 
  • You have previous international work experience  
  • You can attend up to three meetings per year, with at least one in-person meeting in London (UK-based committee members only). The dates are set a year in advance.  
  • Able to spend around 1 hour reading the minutes and documents to prepare for each meeting. Documents are sent out a week before the meeting. There are actions generated during the meetings which can involve some work in between the meetings.  
  • Available to serve for a three-year term, with an option to serve a second three-year term, subject to the agreement of the FSRH Officers.
