Is there an option to pay reduced membership fee due to my circumstances?

We offer a 50% reduction on annual membership fees in certain circumstances:

  • Maternity/paternity/adoption leave
  • Long term sickness
  • Those that earn under £23,000 pa (from all income sources)

We send out renewal notices in November for the next membership year. If you wish to make a claim for a reduction on your membership fee please:

  • Once you have received your renewal notice, contact us so we can reissue your membership renewal notice for the reduced fee OR

  • Complete this online form during the membership year (1 January – 31 December) for a refund of 50%. Refunds can only be returned to the original payee.

Should you meet the criteria each year, you will need to complete a form each year, as circumstances change.
