I am trying to pay my renewal online and I cannot see the My Payments box, what do I need to do?
This can happen if you haven’t logged out our website completely on a previous visit or if this is a share computer and cookies are saved from previous visits by other users. This includes looking at our site on mobile devices. Please log out using the orange ‘Log out’ button at the top right. Please ensure all browsers (eg Chrome, or Edge, or Bing) windows are closed on your computer and any mobile devices. Clear the ‘Cookies’ on your browser (which is usually in settings) on your computer and device. Then try to log back in.
