Delegates will have access to pre-recorded videos of the course lectures, with PowerPoint lecture slides, from 5 March to 23 March 2021. They can watch the lectures at a time convenient for them and they will be able to submit questions via the BMS website for discussion during the Q&A/group discussion webinars (there will also be the opportunity to ask questions on the day).
The course facilitators will then host a one day series of Zoom webinars on Friday 19 March 2021. Each session will incorporate directed group discussion, together with Q&A. This allows plenty of opportunity to clarify information in the lecture videos and reinforce learning.
This is a combined theory and practical training module aimed at doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals (e.g. applied psychologists and registered counsellors) who work regularly in the field of women’s health or within a primary care setting.
Please note, this course is for registered healthcare professionals only and it is important to be able to access clinical supervision when using psychologically informed principles with patients. You will need to provide your professional registration number when booking the course.
The course carries 12 CPD credits.
