FSRH Clinical Standards Committee: Three new member vacancies
The FSRH Clinical Standards Committee (CSC) produces and updates subject specific standards to guide clinical governance across all Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services.
These standards are applicable to individual clinicians, as well as those managing or commissioning SRH services. They are designed to ensure high quality patient care is delivered as standard and are built upon available clinical evidence and best practice examples. Auditable outcomes are integrated within the standards for practicable application and benchmarking.
There are three vacancies open:
Trainee member (one vacancy)
General member (two vacancies)

Committee Vacancy: Education Strategy Board Nurse Member
The Education Strategy Board is largely composed of the Chairs of the Educational Committees, with nurse members recruited to provide the view of the nurse workforce. Its purpose is to set and review the overall Education & Training Strategy to help achieve the FSRH educational aim of advancing the education & training of healthcare practitioners in the fields of sexual and reproductive health care.
Applicants must be a member by qualification (Diplomate or Fellow) of the FSRH, and hold a Faculty Registered Trainer Qualification.
Deadline to apply is 7 December 2018.
Committee Vacancy: Nurse Member, Events Committee
It is an exciting time to join the Events Committee (formerly the Meetings Committee). We have developed a new Events Strategy, to ensure our conferences, webinars and events meet the professional development needs of our members and other delegates. In addition to providing learning and networking opportunities for delegates, we also seek to raise income from our events, which we can reinvest in member services.

Committee Vacancy: General Training Committee Nurse/Midwife member
The FSRH's General Training Committee is responsible for the FSRH’s Diploma and Letters of Competence in Intrauterine Techniques and Subdermal Contraceptive Implant Techniques and has both doctor and nurse members.
This vacancy is for a midwife or nurse member. Applicants must be a Diplomate or Associate member of FSRH, ideally who holds FSRH Registered Trainer status.
