“In September of this year I’ll be stepping down as your president after serving two three-year terms. Over the past six years I’ve been so proud to have led the UK’s largest professional body,
serving the needs of our community of sexual and reproductive healthcare professionals.
Together, we’ve helped support the profession through the COVID-19 pandemic, overseen the evolution of our training and educational offer, been on the leading edge of change in calling for a high quality, accessible sexual and reproductive healthcare for all, and so much more.
Acting as your president, it’s been a privilege to champion sexual and reproductive healthcare and to drive forward our strategy. As I step down from the role of FSRH President, I want to encourage all eligible members to consider standing – this is a professional body that is run for you, and by you; and it’s your contribution that could help shape the future of sexual and reproductive health for all.”
Dr Asha Kasliwal
FSRH President 2016-22

The office of FSRH President is a vital one; helping to steer the development of the Faculty to better support you, our members, to progress the strategy of the Faculty, and ultimately, to provide a major contribution to achieving our vision of high quality sexual and reproductive healthcare for all.
Over the three year term, commencing in the final quarter of 2022, the newly appointment FSRH President will help ensure the trustees undertake the legal duties and obligations of the Faculty, ensure that the FSRH meets and furthers its charitable objectives, and monitor the performance of the Faculty and its executive.
