Supporting our SRH community

In what has been another year of online events, we are proud to have delivered 12 events to our community, sharing the latest developments in SRH and upskilling our members to continue to best serve their communities.

Our flagship event FSRH Virtual brought together 585 members and the wider SRH community to listen to a variety of speakers covering topics including FSRH clinical developments, ovarian cancer, cervical screening, sexual exploitation, PCOS management, service design provision and quality.

Content from the event was available to all ticket holders for a month after.

Thousands of you joined us for our online events last year

for annual review

Over 770 of you joined us for our year of Hot Topic events, and more than 4100 of you accessed the event afterwards as a member benefit. Expert speakers shared their expertise at our two half day events, covering updates on Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare Across the Life-Course and Managing Women's Hormone Health.

As well as our events, we supported the development of sexual and reproductive health research ideas in our community through our awards and grants. We were pleased to announce the winner of our David Bromham Seed Research Fund.

John Reynolds-Wright, working alongside Sharon Cameron at NHS Lothian/University of Edinburgh, won £4,500 to support their research project that is centred around developing a validated pain measure for abortion care. Read more about the project and what John is looking to achieve using the awarded funding.
