Diplomate Assessment of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH / NDFSRH)

The Diplomate Assessment of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH Diploma) is for doctors (DFSRH) and nurses (NDFSRH) who wish to demonstrate that they have attained the knowledge, attitude and skills required to deliver safe and effective sexual and reproductive health care in community, primary and secondary care settings. The FSRH Diploma is suitable for both doctors and nurses working in general practice, community and integrated sexual health services

The programme is open to doctors with both registration and a licence to practise with the UK GMC or nurses on the UK NMC register (excluding RN Level 2).

The FSRH Diploma training package

The training involves three stages:

  • An online knowledge assessment of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare
  • Course of 5; five hours of small group workshops
  • Clinical experience and assessment

Please note that the 3 stages of training build on each other and it is advisable to check on local waiting times and availability of the third step - clinical experience and assessment - before deciding when to embark on FSRH Diploma training.

ePortfolio:
